Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3 to 4 business days.

Please note:

  • Processing time refers to the time required to prepare, pack, and dispatch your order.

  • Processing time does not include shipping time.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship worldwide.

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (when available).

Tracking updates may take 24 to 72 hours to appear after shipment.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout.

We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Missing apartment, unit, or urbanization details

  • Carrier issues

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer may be responsible for reshipping costs.
